I'm Jake Burt — a leadership coach who has completed an ICF Accredited training programme and have 15 years of leadership experience in high-pressure, high-accountability industries.
Before starting Lumaro, I led teams in the defence industry, where clarity, resilience and integrity weren’t just ideals — they were daily requirements.
Throughout my career, I’ve had a deep interest in leadership principles, mentoring and the personal/career development of myself and others. I also began to notice that the more I achieved, the less fulfilled I felt.
This all led me to coaching
Today, I work with leaders who want more than to achieve performance metrics and traditional markers of success — they want personal alignment, emotional depth and mental clarity.
I bring calm presence, grounded insight and a proven ability to help clients see what truly matters; then help them to act on it.
